Esher Place is a venue designed to host conferences, meetings and training events.
The building, grounds and staff team have all been developed to specifically deliver these events to an exceptionally high standard.
We offer seven conference rooms which accommodate 2-120 delegates in various layout styles. The rooms have been carefully designed to provide practical spaces which can be reduced or subdivided with the added benefit of acoustically-shielded walls. All rooms feature natural daylight, adjustable lighting and heating, and most have air conditioning. We provide every delegate with comfortable conference furniture, writing pads and pens, boiled sweets and a water station with fruit cordials. An unlimited supply of hot beverages is available throughout the day in our main lounge.
Every room has up-to-date audio visual facilities and our knowledgeable conference staff can assist with technical requirements on the day. The following equipment is standard in all our conference rooms:
We provide both day and 24 hour delegate rates which encompass all of the main requirements, with no hidden costs, or alternatively we would be happy to discuss tailoring a package to suit your needs.
