We are experts in training and conferences, with over 60 years’ experience.

Since 1953 Esher Place has welcomed many thousands of trade union members and delegates from other organisations and businesses based in the UK and overseas. We pride ourselves on creating the perfect environment for organisations to develop their staff and host successful conferences and meetings of every type and scale.

Esher Place has a long and fascinating history dating back to the 11th century. Over the years, it fell into the hands of many notable owners including King Henry VIII, Cardinal Wolsey and former Prime Minister Henry Pelham. Between the 1930s and 1940s it was used as a home for girls before being purchased by the Union, and becoming its flagship training and conference venue.

As well as hosting events and training, Esher Place is available for short breaks for Unite members. Members should log in to find out more.
